There is a plaque on the side, but is not readable. In the background is a telephone pole, a house, and trees. There is a white border on all sides, and in the bottom border is "#2070 5/28/40".
The negative is inserted, along with a print of the image, into a cream colored envelope that has typed "5/28/40 -- Tacoma Cannon (from old Russian gunboat) at State Historical Society Building- -three quarter front view". Stamped is "2070" and "indexed".Made/Created
