Black and white photo of the deck of an oil barge built by Reliable Welding. There is a steel deck with the wall of an enclosure behind it. A raised portion of the deck at the left has an open manhole. Above it are various pipes with valves and handles. At the top of the image are wires. There is a white border on all sides, and in the bottom border is "#2196 2/11/41" On the back is "681".
The photo is inserted, along with a negative of the image, into a cream colored envelope that has typed "2/11/41 - Olympia Oil lines on deck of steel barge building at Reliable Welding Works". Stamped is "2196" and "indexed".Made/Created
