There are five young men standing in the back row. The instruments held by these men, from left to right, are: a clarinet, another clarinet, a tuba or sousaphone, a piccolo or similar instrument, and an upright bass. All ofthese men are wearing suits and ties. The young man holding the piccolo or similar instrument appears to be Jesse Levenick. A snare drum is partially visible near the bottom-left corner. A curtain makes up the background. The reverse side of this photograph shows that it was created as a postcard. Printed along the top long edge of this photograph is "POST CARD." Below this is printed "CORRESPONDENCE HERE" and "NAME AND ADDRESS HERE." To the right of this text, in the upper right-hand corner is "PLACE STAMP HERE," which is surrounded by a series of indistinct decorative shapes arranged in a square shape.
