Description

Black and white photo of an oil barge built by Reliable Welding ready for launching. There is gravel in the foreground with various objects scattered around. There are rails mounted on ties, and above that is the barge. In the center of the image is a truck consisting of three metal railroad-type wheels on each side. The wheels are running on the rails. On the back is "756D". There is a white border on all sides, and in the bottom border is "#2200 3/15/41" The photo is inserted, along with a negative of the image, into a cream colored envelope that has typed "3/15/41 - Olympia One of four trucks upon which oil barge was built ready for launching". Stamped is "2200" and "indexed".
