Black and white photo of an oil barge built by Reliable Welding. In the foreground is sand and shells and other debris. Beyond a short piece of water is the barge floating at low tide, with a stair descending to a small dock with a dingy alongside. On the barge the pump house is visible as are pipes and valves. Beyond the barge is more water and hills and trees in the background. There is a white border on all sides, and in the bottom border is "2207 March 1941". On the back is "995F". The photo is inserted, along with a negative of the image, into a cream colored envelope that has typed "March, 1941 - Olympia Steel Barge, built by the Reliable Welding Works, lying at float". Stamped is "2207" and "indexed".
