In the center of the image is a series of metal frames which will be inside the barge. Two individuals are visible working on the barge. A chain that is probably part of a hoist is hanging above the barge. Above the barge is some wooden framework. There is a white border on all sides, and in the bottom border is "#2222 5/12/41 ?".
The negative is inserted, along with a print of the image, into a cream colored envelope that has typed "5/12/41 ? Olympia End View of Frames of Small Steel Barge under construction by the Reliable Welding Works". Stamped is "2222" and "indexed".Made/Created
