Mayor and Girl Scouts, 1975. This single black and white negative film strip was taken for the Lacey Leader Newspaper. Image 19 shows Lacey Mayor Bill Bush with two unidentified girls wearing Girl Scout uniforms. They appear to be unfolding an American flag. Images 20 and the following unnumbered image are very similar and show Bill Bush and the Girl Scouts holding the unfolded flag out in front of them as they smile for the camera.
