Holt Radio & TV envelope. The envelope is 3 7/8" x 8 3/4", and is paper thin. The envelope is an off-white color with a colored logo and lettering. At the top left is the business address that reads: "Holt Radio & TV, 4306 Pacific Ave., Olympia, Washington." On the bottom left is an illustration of a TV screen, box and bulb. Underneath the illustration reads: "authorized dealer." In the illustration of the box is a GE product that reads: "electronic tube", with the GE logo. Behind the address and illustration is a back design of a grey lined pattern that is located on the left side of the envelope. To the right of the illustration at the lower middle area of the envelope is the forwarding address window. The window has been torn out leaving an exposed area. The envelope has been sealed on the back, but was opened from the bottom.Made/Created
