Birthday, 1975. This single black and white contact strip was created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show a man in a suit and tie blowing out candles on a birthday cake. The man may be wearing a birthday hat, but the images are heavily damaged, so it is difficult to tell. The back of the strip reads "Ad in hat." The meaning of this label is uncertain, but it may refer to the man blowing out the candles being an Assistant Director (Ad) of some City of Lacey department or other body. These images do not have physical numbers along the edge, so numbers will be assigned. The image on top will be designated as image 1, the one on the bottom will be image 2.
