Lacey Bank Planning and Groundbreaking, 1979. These five black and white film negative strips were created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show an outdoor groundbreaking ceremony for the new Lacey Bank building, and an indoor reception event taking place in the temporary building which the bank operated out of while the permanent structure was being constructed.
