Description

Real Estate, Unknown Dates. These three contact print strips were created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images were created using two separate film rolls, so some of the physical numbers on the strips are repeated. For the purposes of this description, these strips will be grouped according to the film roll from which they originally came. Each group will be assigned a lower-case letter to go along with the physical numbers on the strips (ex: 1a, 2a, 3a, 1b, 2b, 3b, etc.) to help differentiate between images. The images in group "a" show multiple shots each of three different houses. Image 16a shows a small, single-storey home with a detached garage partially visible behind it and to the left. This home was located at 4040 Gull Harbor Road. A Chevrolet pickup truck with a canopy is visible at the left-hand edge of the image. Images 17a and 18a are identical to image 16a. Image 19a shows a single-storey home with a partial stone facade and an arched entry. A wooden rail fence crosses the image foreground. A sign reading "MURPHY" is visible above the house number 3512. This house was located at 3512 Merrymor Drive. Images 20a and 21a are nearly identical to image 19a. Image 22a shows a two-storey home with an attached, two-car garage at the front of the home. The house number 7110 is visible on the house. This house was located at 7110 41st Street SE. Images 23a through 25a are nearly identical to image 22a. The images in group "b" show a house. The house is a small, single-storey home with an attached garage on the right-hand side. A Chevrolet truck with a canopy is partially visible along the right-hand edge of the image frame. This house was located at 4017 Boulevard Road SE. All of the images in this group (20b-24b) are nearly identical.
