Description

Gene Johnson, unknown date. These two black and white film contact print strips were created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. They depict a man in suit jacket and striped tie in several locations, both alone and with other people. Images 2-3 are of the man looking at some images that have been adhered to the wall. Including the front page of an issue of People magazine which reads "The 10 Sexiest Bachelors in the World" one of the men pictured has been circled. Image 4 is of the man entering a room, his left hand is on the door handle. Images 5-9 are of the man sitting at a table. There is a woman sitting next to him on the right side of the image. On the table are brochures for Princess Cruises, a mug which reads "Gene", a glass bowl with strips of paper in it, and metal napkin dispenser. The images area a series of shots where the man is holding the brochures and pulling a piece of paper from the bowl. Images 10-11 are of the man still seated at the table with a group of 11 people gathered behind him. Behind the people is a board which reads "Safety and Health".
