Boxing, 1977. These two black and white contact print strips were created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show scenes from a boxing match or matches. Both the dates of 3/4/1977 and 3/11/1977 appear on the back of these contact print strips, and it is unclear if these matches actually took place on two different dates or if this was a mistake.
Image 5 shows two men boxing. Image 7 shows one boxer kneeling in a corner of the ring with a trainer or referee leaning down to speak to him. Images 9 and 10 show a boxer in a robe warming up for a match. Images 11 and 12 show a boxing match.Made/Created
