Description

Grace Jones sitting on the dock at Lake St. Clair, c. late 1920s. Black and white 4" x 4.75" photomechanical print. Grace is sitting on a wooden dock with her feet on a log. Floating in front of her is a rowboat. She is wearing a light-colored light weight dress with 3/4 sleeves, a long skirt, hose and heeled shoes. In the background is another dock with a high dive and a shed (possibly a boat house?). According to the donor all the images in this donation were taken in the late 1920s and pertain to Lake St Clair. Grace Jones was a school teacher at the McAllister Springs School District.
