Nurse Marguerite Hermann, c. 1929. 2.5" x 4.5" black and white photographic print pasted onto cardstock is of a young woman in a nurse's uniform sitting on the steps of St. Peter Hospital, Olympia. She is wearing a mid-calf length white skirt, a 3/4 sleeve button down shirt with an apron over it. She is wearing glasses and nurse's cap. Her hair is short with finger waves. In the background the cornerstone "Saint Peter Hospital" is visible. There appears to be other writing, but it's not legible. At the bottom of the picture in blue handwriting is written: Marguerite Hermann. On the back is printed "No. 6408 19972 100% Pure Wool." There is adhesive residue and black paper remnants. Marguerite Herman was born in Lacey and graduated from St. Peter School of Nursing in 1929.
