Frames #21-22 show upper body pics of Wayne Hemming in a coat and tie. Frames #23-31 show the 1974 Ford Mustang that is being raffled for the festival. There are two signs posted in the car's windshield; one reads "Yours! Why not?" and the other says "Win! 1974 Ford Mustang II. * A week for two in Las Vegas! *Four days and three nights in Harrison Hot Springs! *20 other valuable prizes! $1 tickets All prize winning tickets will be drawn during the 2nd annual Music and dance festival". The pictures of the car were shot in front of some store fronts, possibly in the South Sound Mall (there is a ceiling mounted light fixture like one in a mall)--those visible are The Guardsman, a retail store that sold Maybelline products and a restaurant.
