This publication of the last in the "Little House" books is illustrated by Mildred Boyle and Helen Sewell. It is 299 pages long. In black ink is stamped "Lacey Elementary School Library" on the inside of the front and back covers as well as the title page. On the page opposite the back cover a due date slip has been adhered to the page in a Manila card sleeve. the face of the sleeve has the shelving ID and the due date card has dates ranging from May 14 '85 to Feb 17 '87 stamped on it.
The covers are a general peach color. The front cover has a depiction of a female wearing a peach dress with blue flowers and a hat, behind her is a buggy being drawn by two horses. At the top of the cover is the title and author's name.
The Spine has been completely covered with clear tape. Though the top and bottom of the spine covering has been torn away we can see that at the top was the authors last name, and at the bottom was Cadmus, the book company, and in the middle is the title. Just below the title is a white square of paper with the shelving ID printed on it.
The back cover has the Cadmus Books logo of two children reading a book stamped in turquoise ink in the center of the cover.Lexicon
