2 photos. The first shows two adult males and two apparently male children (under age 10) standing in a grassy field in front of some deciduous trees. The second photo shows a similarly dressed (overalls) adult male near a barn/storage structure; hay is being lifted from a full hay wagon in front of the building to the storage opening on the second story of the building (which also has a basement level).

Context

One of the major crops in the Thurston County area in the first half of the 1900s was hay for livestock.
