Ken tells important stories in Lacey's history from his point of view, wherein he "doesn't let facts get in the way of a good story." Chapters include: The Lacey Leader, The Red Bull, Press and Police, Karen Fraser (Ken's hand in getting her elected Mayor), Anna Homann, Lacey Civic Committee (how they completed important projects such as Lacey Civic Plaza and the Lacey Historical Museum), Bob Blume and Radio, and John Gott. The version titled "Part 2" (2014-010-0002.2) is missing the chapter titled "Karen Fraser" and there are a few other differences in the documents.
