Scope and Content

Proposed plans for the City of Lacey water and sewer system written by Dean Huntamer, former employee, to his successors. Written across the front of the notebook: "Good luck gang. It is all yours. Here are my suggestions, put your improvements on them, we'll will have a great Lacey. You can do it! Lots of work to do. Always try to improve things. Farewell! Dean Huntamer." The bulk of the material are handwritten plans and hand drawn maps detailing the suggested plans.
