He's dressed in a dress jacket, tie and white shirt in frames #43-44 and #1-2; on his left lapel is a button for the 1975 Lacey Festival and on his left coat breast pocket is his city council "badge" which reads "Del Chase, City Councilman, Lacey, Wash." at the top of which Del has taped in the word "Retain". In frames #30-35 he is dressed in a sports jacket, a light colored shirt (fully buttoned) and no tie.Context
