Frank Fuller, Jr. visited the Olympia Airport in 1939 as part of a nationwide promotional tour for the Exposition. Fuller's Seversky race plane is pictured. There is a small crowd in the background.

Context

David Gammell was Olympia's Mayor from 1938-1939. Belle Reeves was the first Secretary of State for Washington and served from 1938-1948.
