Description

Individual portrait style pictures of eight young women who were part of the Pacific Peaks (Western Washington) Council of the Girl Scouts (17 such pictures in all); some of the sashes on these scouts have the number 568, one has 62 and two do not have any such designation. In addition, there are two photos showing a woman with two girl scouts and one Brownie--all three scout members are holding a box of Girl Scout cookies by the handle; one has the number 115 on her sash.

Context

An early picture of Girl Scout members in the area. The Pacific Peaks Council is currently headquartered in Dupont.
