Includes a library donation card, feedback form and mailing (postage) section. Images: Map of 45th Avenue Community Park [later named Rainier Vista] location; and a photo of a policeman with a speed sign [was also published in the February 1989 issue]. Two pages 11" x 17" heavy ecru paper folded in half to create 4 pages. Folded again into thirds for mailing. City of Lacey logo in upper left. Printing is black and orange.
