Black and white photo of Cindy Tips, Valedictorian. The photo has a white border that is wider at the top and bottom than at the sides. The image is of a smiling young woman with shoulder length hair parted in the middle. She is wearing a dark-colored sweater and has a necklace with a cross. The photo is somewhat faded and suggests a sepia color. On the back of the photo is written in dark ink "Cindy Tips Valedictorian" and by a felt pen "92 %". The back shows aging by the fact of browning along the sides and top.
This is probably a photograph taken for the Lacey Leader newspaper.
