Negative is frame #27, third on a strip of five. Image includes a title below, "Court House and City Hall" and a thin line frame is aroud each image. There are two men and a boy standing in foreground. Text is present to the left of the image and below title. Image is poor quality since it came from a book. The frame number "27" is printed at the bottom and "007" is written directly on the bottom of the negative.
Booklet belonged to Shanna Stevenson (in 1990). Marge Russell's name is written in ink on the front.Made/Created
