Lacey Fire District #3 Charter members in parade. This color photograph is a high resolution digital scan of a photographic print. According to the donor, it was originally taken in the late 70s early 80s, but it's probably closer to the 1980s, judging by clothing and hairstyles. The five charter members are LeRoy Parsons (second from right), Dick Webb (far left), Ray Christensen, Pete Finnegan, and Larry Cunningham. They are riding in an antique red fire engine wearing their uniforms with dress hats. The parade was in Olympia, Washington as can be identified by the Washington State Capitol building in the background. There is a banner on the fire truck that reads "Lacey Fire District #3 Est 1948 Charter Members" and the names of the five men pictured.Made/Created
