Description

Thurston County Ranch. Black and white negative probably created from a slide of a photo in "Olympia," a circa 1907 Olympia Chamber of Commerce promotional brochure or booklet. Pictured is a white house with a wide wraparound porch with columns. Detached barn and smaller outbuilding at right. Buggy or automobile in front of house. The title is below the image, "Thurston County Ranch" with a thin line are around it. The remnants of text can be seen at the top. Image is poor quality since it came from a book. Negative is frame #24, fourth on a strip of five. The frame number "24" and "7" are printed at the top and printed at the bottom is "KODAK S[AFETY FILM] 5060". "043" is written directly at the bottom of the negative. Original booklet belonged to Shanna Stevenson (in 1990). Marge Russell's name is written in ink on the front.
