Richfield Tank and Tummy service station and cafe. Black and white photographic print is a copy made from a scan of an original print. Image features a building that has a cafe on the left side and a service station on the right. There is a door at left with the word "Cafe" painted above it and a 3-step concrete entrance. Near the center is a curved rectangular architectural awning with three gas pumps underneath. There is a door under the awning. Around the front edge of the awning is painted "Tank and Tummy" and "Tank - Tummy". On top of the awning is a neon sign "Richfield" and an arrow shaped neon sign: "GAS" extended off the front. There is a large cooler of Coca-Cola next to the door and 3 concrete steps to enter. At the right are two automobile bays, the one on the left has "Washing" painted above and the one on the right has "Lubrication" above. On the right side of the building at least 4 cars are parked and a person is standing at the far right of cars. Behind and to the right of the building is an area forested with pine trees. In the foreground is Martin Way. According to the donor, this cafe used to be across the street from where River Ridge High School is, the current site of a strip mall.
