A KGY banner is hanging from what appears to be a microphone stand. A long cord hangs from the board. The mannequin is at the right and is wearing a coat, hat and pants. A bare tree is behind the mannequin. The banner at lower right announces "National Radio Week, November 4 - 10, Radio's 25th Anniversary."
Negative is frame #19A, fifth on a strip of six. With the image oriented for the viewer, the frame number "19A" is printed st the right, and "20" above.
