Description

Highway along Hood Canal, c. 1937. Black and white negative, created from a 3 x 5 postcard. Pictured is a scenic view of the shoreline and a car driving away in the distance. There is a steep tree-covered hill to the left of the road and to the right there are shrubs, driftwood, beach and water. Written at the bottom is: "Highway Along Hoods Canal" and some other writing to the right that is not legible. Negative is frame #36, second on a strip of four. The frame number "36" is printed at the bottom (as well as "36A" to the right of that. "093" is handwritten directly onto the bottom of the negative.
