In this photograph is (left to right) Dave, the district governor before Ken Balsley, Gary Locke, Jan Teague, Ken, Lacey police chief John Mansfield, North Thurston School District Superintendent Dave Steele. This photo was taken at the District Conference at the Capital, the last time it met in Olympia before 2016. Dave is wearing tan pants, a denim shirt, red tie and black jacket. Gary Locke is wearing a grey suit, white shirt and red tie. Jan Teague is wearing a navy blue skirt and jacket with a black ascot and large button on her right lapel. Ken Balsley is wearing a blue suit with a white shirt and neutral colored tie. He has on glasses and also has a beard. There is a large pin on his left lapel. John Mansfield is standing behind a podium and appears to be wearing a grey suit with a white shirt. Dave Steele is standing behind John Mansfield and is wearing glasses. In front of all of them is a table with sugar and cream on it, cups, and napkins. There is a podium some members are standing behind that has a microphone on the top and on the front of it there is a sign that reads "Follow Your Rotary Dream." Behind them is an American flag.
