Description

Robert Chamberlain holding his son, Richard Chamberlain, at the Chamberlain House in 1961. Color image scanned from a slide. The photograph, probably taken by Richard Weideman, was taken from the front porch of 1740 Cedar (now Gemini) near the door. Only a column and eave of the house is visible. A fuschia plant hangs from the eave. It appears to be late evening judging by the light. Bob is wearing glasses, dark pants and a white long-sleeved shirt with the sleeves rolled up. Richard, about one year old, is wearing a brown striped short sleeve shirt, a diaper and white baby shoes with red and blue stripes at the top. There is a white house visible across the street on Sycamore. There are two early 1950s style cars in the driveway. This photo was probably taken on the same day as 2016-002-0006.
