Black and white strip of 7 images (one strip of four images and one strip of three) originally created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. The images are all of Lacey Chief of Police John Mansfield with a police officer and John is holding a radar gun with "K-15" on the side of it. Frames 11 - 14 show the two men looking at the gun. Frames 15 - 17 show the two men talking and a police car is visible behind them.
