Shoot the Deschutes, 1976. Black and white negative strip of four images (one strip of four) originally created for the Lacey Leader newspaper.
These images all show groups of people floating down the Deschutes River in inner tubes. Frame 30 shows a group of three people floating down the river and you can see trees on either side. Frame 31 is a group of 4 people floating. Frame 32 is a group of 3 people floating. Frame 33 shows approximately 6 people floating and are passing buildings. The event was a fund raiser called "Shoot the Deschutes" where people would pay to float in their inner tube down the Deschutes river.Made/Created
