Description

Becky and Richard Chamberlain at the Chamberlain House in 1962 on the same day as 2016-002-0008. Color image scanned from a slide. The photograph, taken by their dad Bob Chamberlain, was taken from the driveway of 1740 Cedar (now Gemini) facing north. Becky is standing behind a stroller which holds her brother, Richard. She is leaning over with the top of her head facing toward the camera, probably to look at Richard's face. She is wearing a white hoodie and orange pants with red tennis shoes. Richard is wearing a light-colored hooded sweater with the hood up. The stroller is chrome and blue fabric. He is belted into the stroller with a brown leather strap. In the distance a row of houses can be seen on Cedar Street which meets Sycamore at the right side of the photo. A boy in a red hoodie can be seen in the yard across the street, who is probably Bruce, who lived in that house.
