Chamber Officers, 1975. Black and white negative strips of 17 images (two strips of five, one strip of four, and one strip of three) originally created for the Lacey Leader newspaper.
The strip containing frames 1-4 and 44: Frame 4 is of Howard Grimm, who was the current president in 1975. He is wearing a light colored suit, a light shirt, and an argyle tie. Frames 3 and 2 are of C. Don Thompson, who was president in 1973. He is wearing a light suit, a dark shirt and a very light tie. Frames 1 and 44 are of Gene Dolan, who was president in 1968. He is wearing a light checkered suit and vest, with a light colored shirt and colored tie. In the strip containing frames 34-38 frame 34 shows people standing in a line, possibly listening to a speech. Frames 35-37 show Howard Grimm giving a speech at a podium in front of a building that reads "Lacey Area Chamber of Commerce." In frame 38 Howard Grimm and Harris Hunter are seen burning a mortgage over a trash can. The strip containing frames 19-22: Frames 20-22 are of Katherine Taylor, who was president in 1974. She is wearing a light colored suit and a pearl necklace, and is wearing glasses. Frame 19 is of what appears to be a cake, decorated with the image of a house on it. The strip containing frames 23-25 are all frames of Harris Hunter, who was president in 1971. He is wearing a checkered suit, a light shirt and a striped tie.Made/Created
