The officer, possibly Officer Bruce Dobbs, is wearing a police uniform. He has on a tie, button up police shirt, and black pants. He is also wearing glasses. In frames 9 and 10 you are able to see six children sitting at their desks in front of him. In frames 11 and 12, you are able to see two children sitting in front of him.
