Early construction of the Lacey Timberland Library in 1990, probably in July. The color photographic print features a view from a high vantage point of the construction which includes the foundation and the beginning of some walls. Part of the parking lot can be seen in the foreground, including 3 cars and two City of Lacey pick-up trucks, one with a canopy. At the bottom on the left the lights from a police vehicle are visible. Tall pine trees are in front of and behind the construction. A glimpse of College Street can be seen in the background. A port-a-potty, supply trailer and construction supplies litter the site.
