Construction of the Lacey Timberland Library in summer 1990, probably August (or possibly September). The color photographic print features a view of the entire building with the walls up and about half of the roof installed. There is a man working on the roof. Large pine trees are visible behind the building and a few in front. At the far left of the picture is a small construction trailer and a port-a-pottie. In front of the building are stacks of pallets and lumber wrapped in plastic. In the foreground is a dirt road, which will later be the parking lot and landscaping. At right are some bushes and vegetation.
