Description

Harvesting hay on Fleetwood Farm, Lacey. Black and white negative made from an original print. Image features four teams of horses pulling farm equipment. There are also five men in the image, two at left, two center and one at right with hands on his hips. All men are wearing hats and long-sleeved shirts. There is a barn behind them and a giant pile of hay at right behind a split rail fence. The outline of the original print can be seen in the image with a white border. Negative is fifth on a strip of five images, frame number 10. Printed at the bottom is frame number "10" and to the left "9A." "114" is handwritten directly onto the bottom edge of the negative. At the top is printed: "Kodak Safety Film 5060".
