Thurston County Fair promotional photo, October 6-14, 1913. Black and white negative made from an original print on a 3 x 5 postcard. Image features two ostriches in a pen with a fence around it. A man in overalls and a derby hat stands outside the fence holding high in the air a container presumably holding food that one of the ostriches is feeding from. This is difficult to see as a smudge obscures this part of the image. An outbuilding can be seen in the background. A very tall wood fence is behind it. The outline of the original print can be seen in the image with a white border. At the bottom in white handwriting: "Meet Me at the Thurston Co. Fair. Oct. 6-11, 1913."
Negative is first on a strip of five images, frame number 7. Printed at the left is frame number "7" and to the bottom "7A." "115" is handwritten directly onto the left edge of the negative. It appears that it was also previously written on the emulsion side of the negative and crossed out. At the top is printed: "Kod[ak Safe]ty Film 5060".Made/Created
