Image 31 shows an image of the back half of a pickup truck with an attached canopy. Image 32 shows a very similar image, but with an elevated perspective. Image 33 shows a man playing acoustic guitar and a drummer playing in the background. Image 34 shows a child playing an acoustic guitar and partial views of two other individuals playing guitar to each side. Image 35 shows a young girl playing acoustic guitar and a truck or van in the background. Image 36 shows a young boy playing acoustic guitar with the headstock of another guitar in the foreground. Image 37 shows a different young boy also playing electric guitar. Image 38 shows a young girl playing acoustic guitar and the front end of a car in the background. Image 39 shows a young man (Brad Balsley) seated behind a drum set. Image 40 shows a young man playing a drumset. Johnny Lewis (4/16/25 - 3/14/14) was a musician best-known for his work with the Johnny Lewis Trio, a nationally-known musical group which played several famous venues, including the Tonight Show and the 1962 Seattle World's Fair. He settled in Thurston County in the mid-1960s, and was very active in the community as a co-founder of the Lacey Days festival and Lacey Rotarian, along with many other activities. One of these other activities was heading his Junior Band, made up of young local musicians. Brad Balsley, Ken Balsley's son, played drums for the group. Printed at intervals along the top edge of the negatives is "KODAK SAFETY FILM 5063." Along the bottom edge are the image numbers printed in this way: arrow, image number, space, arrow, image number, the letter A. This format is repeated for each frame.
