Description

1979 Lacey Budget Display, 1979. This black and white film negative strip bearing six images (images 38-43) was created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. The strip has two different sets of numbers along the bottom edge which could be used to refer to each image. For the purposes of this description, the numbers followed by the letter "A" have been used, but the A has not been included. The images show ten plastic-bound City of Lacey budget reports, years 1969-1979, laying on a table. The 1979 budget booklet is at center and bears a large question mark on its cover.
