Description

Timberline Cheerleaders, 1972. These five black and white film negative strips were created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. Two film rolls were used in the creation of these images, so some of their physical numbers are duplicated. For the purposes of this description, one set of these duplicated numbers will be accompanied by an "a," and the other will be accompanied by a "b" (ex: 10a and 10b). Four of the strips bear six images (images 3a-8a, 9a-14a, 16a-21a, and 10b-15b) and strip that bears one image (image 9b). These images all depict the 1972 Timberline High School cheerleading team posing for photos and performing cheer routines.
