Description

Allied Data, unknown date. This film negative strip bearing five images (images 6-10) was created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show a man in a suit sitting at a desk and speaking on a telephone. Allied Data was a technology company which worked with computers when computers were still very new. Ken Balsley stated that their work also involved telephone service or telephone companies in general. The company was started by Bob Lovely, Dan Weiss and Ken Parsons (none of which are the man pictured in these images). The company operated out of a space rented from Panorama City. Ken Parsons was later one of the founders of the Lacey Bank.
