Olympia Little Theatre, 1973. These five black and white film negative strips were created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. Three different film rolls were used in the creation of this series of images, so some of the physical numbers on he strips are repeated more than one time. For the purposes of this description, the strips will be grouped according to which film roll they came from and assigned a lower-case letter to go along with their physical number (ex: 17a, 17b, 17c, etc.). These images show various performances at the Olympia Little Theatre. The images in group "a" show a group of people dressed in what appears to be 1930s attire, a dance performance by six women, a large musical group, a man holding the hand of a seated woman and speaking to her, and a seated man in a fedora spearking to a women wearing shorts. Image 9a shows approximately eight people, both men and women, wearing what appears to be 1930s attire. Image 14a is nearly identical to image 13a. Image 15a shows a similar scene to that of image 14a, but the camera has panned to the left, and shows a woman with a fur stole on her left shoulder. Image 16a shows a man in a striped jacket and striped pants holding the hand of a seated woman and speaking to her. Image 17a is very similar to image 16a, but the man appears to be laughing or singing. Image 18a is very similar to image 17a, but the man has his mouth closed and is smiling. Toward the bottom of the door is painted "O.L.T." Image 17b shows a front view of the exterior of a small building with a sign which reads "OLYMPIA LITTLE THEATRE." Image 18b shows a very similar image to that of image 17b, but the photographer has moved closer to the building and slightly to the left.
