Photographer and subjects, unknown dates. These three black and white film negative strips were created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show a man with glasses and a mustache photographing two young women, and a woman posing for photos. Image 9 shows the photographer looking downward and holding both hands out in front of himself. One of the young women is visible at the left-hand edge of the image facing away from the camera. Image 10 shows the photographer adjusting his camera's tripod. Image 11 shows the photographer standing behind his camera and pointing it at the young women. Image 12 shows the photographer at the center of the image ith his camera on the tripod. One of the young women is standing behind him at the right-hand side of the imagem and there is a portion of a home visible behind her. Image 13 shows the photographer reaching out and touching one of the young women's heads with both hands. Only the left side of the photographer's face is visible in this image. Image 14 shows the photographer with one hand on the shoulder of one of the young women. He is looking toward the camera and the two young women are smiling or laughing. Image 15 is similar to image 13, but here the photographer's face is visible. Image 26 shows a woman in jeans and a t-shirt posing for a photo in front of a flower bush which is in turn in front of a stone wall. In this image the women is squinting and does not appear to be smiling. Image 27 shows the same woman, but here she has a large smile on her face and is turning her head to her left slightly. Image 28 is nearly identical to image 27. Image 29 shows the same woman, but she has turned her head and body toward her right slightly. Image 30 is nearly identical to images 27 and 28.
Printed at intervals along one edge of all of these film negative strips is "KODAK SAFETY FILM 5063."Made/Created
