Description

Cheryl Johson and Terri Paine, 5-1-1975. This single black and white film negative strip was created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show two different women posing individually for portrait-style photos. Image 1 shows a woman in a plaid dress or top. Her head and body are turned slightly toward the left-hand side of the image, and she is looking toward the camera and smiling. Image 2 is nearly identical to the previous image, but the woman is more centered in the image frame. Image 3 shows a different woman with long hair wearing what appears to be a polo-style shirt. Her head and body are turned slightly toward the left-hand side of the image. She has a slight smile on her face, but no teeth are showing. Image 4 is very similar to the previous image, but here the woman is smiling fully. Image 5 is very similar to image 3, but the woman's head and body are turned slightly toward the right-hand side of the image. Image 6 is nearly identical to image 5. Printed in alternation along one long edge of this film negative strip is "KODAK SAFETY FILM" and "KODAK TRI X PAN FILM."
