Description

Fire Prevention Queen, 1973. This single black and white negative film strip was created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. Image 29 shows two unknown women. The older woman on the left is wearing a collared shirt underneath a heavy coat and glasses. The woman on the right is wearing a sweater underneath a coat with earrings. There is a sign on the building behind them with "Fabian Hall" on it. Both are smiling. The image is oriented horizontally. Image 30 shows an unknown young woman in a dress with a cross necklace. She is facing her left and smiling. The image is oriented horizontally. Image 31 is virtually identical to the previous image. Image 32 is very similar to the previous image. She is facing her right. Image 33 is very similar to the previous image. It shows her wearing a sash with "Fire Queen" on it and a crown. Image 34 is virtually identical to the previous image. One edge of the film strip has "KODAK SAFETY FILM" and "KODAK TRI X PAN FILM" printed on it.
